I uploaded version 0.7.29 which should have the expired certificate issue fixed. But, I have not tested this on Symbian^3 and most likely will never test as I don't have any ^3 devices.

Hello,

I tried to follow the instructions below without success so I tried installing ssl.sis, stdioserver.sis and pips.sis. I am still recieving a Certification error and it won't install .7.27 on the phone.

1. Download and install the PyS60 2.0.0 runtime
2. Download and install GoogleVoiceForS60_0.7.27_merged.sis

I may be sending this prematurely since I received the phone today and am not completely familar with it yet. To me it sounds like the SSL isn't installing properly. I tried re-installing but can't get Google Voice to install. Do you have any sugestions on what I should try next?

1. After a call and the caller hangs up, if the receipient of the phone call does not hang up, Google Voice keeps sending vocie data package to the caller. In another word, when caller hangs up, GoogleVoiceforS60 fails to inform Google Voice to "Cancel the Call".

2. Contact list cannot show phone number other than mobile phone number.

3. Contact list show the names in the format of last name, then first name. No way to change this format.

Hello all, Raf,

Yep- that did it, I created that directory and then the GV app runs. Perfect, thank you for your help! I'll post as I experience things, since this is under beta.

Hmm, that's not supposed to happen. Can you create the following directory on the e drive:

e:\data\GoogleVoiceForS60

and run the app afterwards?

Hello all,

Well, the subject says it all- Unable to set data directory. I'm running a Nokia E-51, S60 third edition, feature pack 1. I have a 4gig memory card installed, and both apps were installed to it. Plenty of room on that card, as well as the internal memory.

specifics:
Type: RM-244
software: 400.34.011
free ram:34meg; C drive free: 86meg; D drive 34meg free; E drive 3327 meg free.

Any suggestions?
Thanks for the effort, I have been waiting for a tool like this for a while so I can escape the minute monster and pay my flat rate data package charge!

Best regards,
