While your device shows the company name (without first or last), the software will not (yet).

This is not necessarily a bug as opposed to user error and the lack of data read in the application, I've recently noticed the GV software does not read the "Company Name" field on my Nokia N97.

Problem: without a "First" or "Last" name in your contact(s) the field in the software appears blank. This might not be noticeable until you hit "options" and "view numbers" (otherwise it just appears as a blank area)... and with enough (until you scroll down) fools you into thinking no contacts are displaying at all.

Solution: hit "options" and "view numbers" while in the software, search for the number in your contacts (using OVI or Google sync or whatever program you want.) Update the contact with a first and or last name and re-sync your device. Once you've updated that contact with the first and or last name information it will show up properly in the software.

However, I still have one contact in my list that indicates "Contact Doesn't Have Any Defined Numbers" when attempting to "view numbers". While this is only one contact (and may just be an email address in my device)... with hundreds of contacts it may take a while for me to find. (so I have one blank field on top which I cannot decipher at this time)

Update Request: Perhaps add (view all contact information) as opposed to just numbers (like you would in your normal contact list). This might aid us in locating problem contacts to update our devices information. :)

Well, I can say (while slow) this does work on my Nokia N97 (firmware v2).

It's more useful at the moment for SMS (as I get charged for outgoing from my carrier).
This makes it free.

Unfortunately the calling works like the JaJah.com system or (using googleVoice's web site directly).
It calls your device and connects the two numbers. This is nice, but won't be fully functional until it can use SIP/over wifi or the like (bypassing the carrier's traditional dial or data service all together).

Great start though! Thanks
