VehicleManager is an easy to use vehicle data collection and inventory management system. It’s a very powerful and compact solution. Book-in vehicles with Kelley Blue Book or Chrome data. VIN decoding and Barcode reading is built-in.
The system is very fast. Average time to configure and save a vehicle with five base photos (front corner, side, back and two interior photos) is only 2.4 minutes and as such it can be easily used even in high-volume situations like auctions, tent sales etc.
Vehicle Manager runs on Android OS and will run on multitude of available hardware like the Motorola Xoom, Samsung GalaxyTab or virtually any HTC phone. If required, we can also create custom hardware solution based on the popular Freescale i.MX53 platform or similar.
Capture as many photos and videos per vehicle as desired. The built-in HD video capture is perfect for creating enticing walkaround videos. The amount of photos is only limited by the storage capacity of the devices. Photos and videos can be tagged and categorized based on system or user preferences.
In addition, we support integration with many DSLR and other hand-held cameras for the times when the built-in camera’s quality is just not enough.
Just point the camera at the barcode and let Vehicle Manager do the rest. The high quality onboard camera allows us to easily capture and decode the VIN barcodes in an instant.
The system has been designed to support multiple dealership configurations on a single device. Inventory data can be kept separate or combined (for multi-rooftop dealership groups) based on user preferences . Additionally, the system also features support for work and billing log for 3rd party service contractors.
Vehicles and photos are transferred in the background while the user continues to book cars. There is no need to wait until the end of the day to sync data. Vehicles get online virtually instantaneously!
Always use the latest data-set and values. Kelley Blue Book or Chrome data is automatically downloaded to the devices and is always up-to-date.
