The BDC Manager application is the heart of the Business Development Center 2.1. It is modeled in its functionality and appearance after Microsoft Outlook ®. The most used application functions can be accessed through the icons and tool bars.
The Task List displays items that are due to be completed. By clicking on an item, the user will be taken to the corresponding section of the application to complete the given task.
The shortcut bar on the left side or the View menu can be used to easily switch between the main elements of the application. An additional shortcut menu at the top of page directs you to adding New Customers, Appointments, Vehicle Worksheets and Interactions. Additional New functions are available through the File pull down menu.
